A Brief Word On Confidence

We don’t “lose” confidence, but we do find ourselves in situations wherein our previous skills aren’t getting the job done. When this happens, we adapt to changing life situations and remind ourselves how we want to be and what we want to stand for. It is perfectly normal to modify and update our skills as we go through life. This includes our sense of confidence, particularly after serious life-changing events.

Look At It This Way

Confidence restoration is the same concept as home restoration. The existing structure is fantastic, but portions inside need upgrading and upkeep (show-home concept). In essence, you will become your own “show home.” This is an easy way to increase the value of your home, right? It is even easier to increase your self-value and self-esteem with some skills training (upgrading).
